3. Apple Health Data
Peppal only accesses Apple Health data after you grant permission through Apple Health or iOS settings. You can choose which categories Peppal may read or write, and you can change those permissions at any time.
Peppal uses Apple Health data to provide app functionality that you request, such as displaying wellness insights, tracking progress, personalizing reminders, or syncing eligible information back to Apple Health when you allow it.
Peppal does not use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, or use-based data mining. Peppal does not sell Apple Health data or share it with data brokers. Peppal does not disclose Apple Health data to third parties except when necessary to provide app functionality you request, with your consent, or as required by law.
Peppal will not write false or inaccurate data to Apple Health. If Peppal writes information to Apple Health, that action is limited to the categories you authorize.

- Apple Health permissions: You can review or change Peppal's Apple Health access in the Health app or iOS settings.
- App permissions: You can manage permissions such as notifications, background activity, and connected services in your device settings.
- Account information: You can update certain account or profile information in the app, if account features are available.
- Communications: You can opt out of non-essential emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Service, security, and transactional messages may still be sent.
- Deletion requests: You can ask us to delete your account or personal information by using the contact details below.
8. Security
Peppal uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Peppal cannot guarantee absolute security.
If Peppal becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, Peppal will evaluate the incident and provide notices when required by applicable law.
